How long does the custom jewelry process take?
Most custom pieces are completed within 4–5 business days after design approval, depending on complexity and material availability.
Can I make changes after seeing the CAD design?
Yes. You can request reasonable design revisions during the CAD approval stage. Production begins only after you approve the final design.
Why is a 50% deposit required?
The deposit confirms your approval and allows us to purchase materials and begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Is my finished jewelry insured during shipping?
Yes. Finished pieces are securely packaged and shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service.
